Tritec Super-Luminova BGW9 (standard grade) kit for DWC

Super-Luminova pigments cannot be used for Japanese watch brands due to licensing agreements. The pigment included in this kit is meant for DIY Watch Club components only.

This is the industry standard defining BGW9 super lume by RC Tritec AG.

This pigment has a white body color and emits a blue-green glow (very minimal green). The BGW in the color code refers to a Blue-Green glow with a white body color.

This pigment was developed for two main reasons. First, it was discovered that the blue glow actually helps with nighttime visibility. Secondly, glow-in-the-dark watches have become personal statements instead of purely functional tools, and many would appreciate glowing dial features that have a clean white color when it is not glowing.
