Luming Powder - Japan C3 Super Lume 

This is our most recommended C3 lume for DIY projects. The performance of this lume is comparable to the Swiss Tritec Super-Luminova C3 A grade, but only at a fraction of the cost. In fact, for the initial brightness, it even surpasses its Swiss counterpart. The downside is its brightness decays slightly faster in comparison.
